Dr. Ali has experience caring for patients of all ages with the most technically advanced testing, hearing aid fitting and counseling. He will work closely with you to select hearing aids that meet the needs of your lifestyle and budget. He will fully explain the benefits, proper use, and maintenance of the hearing aids and will make adjustments if your needs or hearing changes.

Makes appointments, maintains the schedule, works with Primary Physicians and Otolaryngologists to obtain medical clearance prior to dispensing, and obtains any authorizations from insurance for battery purchases only.

Submits for authorization and for payment with all accepted insurances for dispenses, and acts as liaison between our office and insurance providers, and tracks outstanding requests and claims.

Alex
Assists patients with questions relating to the technical side of their devices, cleans hearing aids and replaces wax guards, and is the go-between with the hearing aid manufacturers for repairs and loss and damage claims.

Rose
Acts as liaison between our office and other locations, and maintains an open flow of information. Also acts as the go-between for any issues arising with hearing aid manufacturers.
